
30 years ago, Blastex study the finishing textile world, precisely in jeans. The first product released was a volcanic stone for stoned washed. In 1980, Blastex had released a range of product for different weaves, obtaining an exclusive high quality. During some decades, Blastex was innovating with others product of volcanic origin and no contaminant, and with them arose the first recognized designer clothes.
In the decades 90, Blastex developed the first prototype of blasting cabin, used for jeans look older. The aim ever was to make a resistant system, being easy to use, with high-capacity productivity and with a nice esthetic. In record time, Blastex maked two models, with 1 and 2 cabins. Immediately it started the developing of the first sanding machines.


In the end of 20th century, it started the first researches about laser technology. The first laboratory research, consisted of the testing of CO2 laser over jeans. The aim was to reproduce effects of used trousers and printing it over new ones. The research proved to be a successful. It arise the first effects developing department, and the make of the first laser machine

The advances of the developing department, were set the steps for the first laser model integration for textile industry. The first prototypes were being maked the IPR and RP models. The first one, was an static system, it prints over vast areas, using a conveyor belt. The RP model was the first dynamic system. It resulted a versatile machine, and satisfied the fundamentals features that laser should have for the market.

In the middle of 20th century, Blastex was well positioned in the world market, being known as a company that sought to investigate in the fashion world, bringing innovations and releasing new products. As fashion evolves by, the company develop a wide range of equipment, offering to the market machines for sandblasting, handsabding, heating presses, polymerized ovens, spraying cabins and lately ozone systems and 3D wrinkled.

A creation of a engineering study, marked an important stage. Blastex accredited in the new technologies for projects developing. Nowadays, Blastex achieved to make a complete virtual machine, being possible to review the performance, as well, detect errors and even test its components all before being made.

With all these years of acting, Blastex obtained experience to integrate technologies that fit to industry textile requirements. Through the working in partnership with recognized companies of laser technologies, was possible to develope a big range of laser line with high versatility, quality and speed.

Nowadays, the aims is to be in good spirit, innovating ever with high quality machines, handy and focalized to textile industry. In few words, Blastex is looking to become always more competitive.
